Return Policy

Our goal is for utmost customer satisfaction, please pay close attention to picture details, sizing charts, and our return/exchange policy.

We know easy returns are important to our customers and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure a positive shopping experience, we accept returns and offer free exchanges (once per order)… if received within 14days of purchase. We recommend you keep/get tracking number with all returns. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of shipping/handling of all returns.

If you decide to return one or more items purchased as part of a dollar or percentage off promotion, a pro-rated portion of the purchase price will be returned to you unless all of the qualifying items are returned.

REFUND

We will credit your original method of payment within 7-10 business days (subtract original shipping cost.) For card payments, please allow 5-10 business days for it to reflect back in your account. For PayPal payments, it should reflect back in your PayPal account within 1 business day.

CLEARANCE

All items bought on clearance are final sale and are eligible for returns or exchanges.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original/unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. We must receive your returned item within 14 days of your purchase.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot and WILL NOT be accepted for returns or exchanges. These include merchandise that have been worn, used, stained, and/or altered.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges…one exchange per order!!!

if your clothing item is in original condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be charged a restocking fee in this case.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:

In case USPS tracking states your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will open up a case with USPS because they are responsible for safe delivery of your products. Please allow 2weeks for complete resolution. If you have not received your products after the 2weeks, we’ll offer to reship your item(s) or provide store credit. Unfortunately, we won’t issue a refund.
